Retainer Information

At E. Jay Olivares Law Offices we believe that confidentiality is of primary importance.  All client matters are held in strict confidence.

Before a client can retain counsel, a retainer is required.  A retainer is a fee paid when retaining our offices for a legal matter, which is used to cover costs and fees incurred.  Usual retainer fees vary, and are determined by the type of counsel needed.   E. Jay Olivares Law Offices’ clients are billed by the hour.
