Jay graduated Cum Laude from Northern Michigan University and law school from Wayne State.  Mr. Olivares also attended the Law School of the University of Michigan as a guest student during the summer months while regularly attending law school.  His office has been open for 29 years.

Sheila Olivares, Legal Secretary

Sheila joined the office staff in 1996.  She has 6 1/2 years experience working at Wayne State University Law School as secretary to the Assistant Dean and 2 years experience working at a private law firm in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

At the offices of E. Jay Olivares, she handles adoptions, wills, financial and medical durable powers of attorney as well as office manager duties.


Bobbie Samme, Certified PLS

Roberta L. (“Bobbie”) Samme is Paralegal to the Senior Partner at E. Jay Olivares Law Offices.  It all started in 1972 when Bobbie received her Associate Arts Degree in Business Administration from Wright Junior College in Chicago, Illinois.

In 1989 she received her Professional Legal Secretary Certification from the National Association of Legal Secretaries.  In 1992 she became a Certified Legal Assistant from the National Association of Legal Assistants.

Bobbie has worked in a variety of areas including family law, civil litigation, criminal, probate, real estate and estate planning.  Bobbie helps E. Jay Olivares Law Offices by providing initial consultations with clients and helping establish the client's needs.  She also aids in research and preparation of trial/arbitration/mediation briefs.

Jennifer Dodsworth, Paralegal/Legal Secretary

Jennifer received her Associate Degree in Applied Science-Paralegal from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2003.

Jennifer works on probating estates, real estate matters, criminal cases, and family law cases for E. Jay Olivares Law Offices. Jennifer also performs other paralegal and secretarial duties as required or needed.

Pat Lowe, Paralegal/Legal Secretary

Pat graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with her Bachelors Degree majoring in both English and History.  Pat recently received her Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

She is a member of the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin.  Pat believes in continuing her education to remain current in the paralegal field.  Pat provides the legal support needed in all types of law.

Marcia FioRito, Secretary/Receptionist

Marcia FioRito recently joined the staff of E. Jay Olivares Law Offices in 2007.  She previously worked in the mining and aggregate industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she was a Senior Order Analyst for a manufacturing company of heavy equipment.

After moving from Milwaukee, she worked in office and retail business.  As a Florida resident for 17 years but missing those Northern winters, she is back in the North and enjoying her work as secretary and receptionist at E. Jay Olivares Law Offices in Crivitz, Wisconsin.
